By booking services through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms exist to protect both parties and to ensure clarity, alignment, and high-quality outcomes.

1. Services

I provide professional marketing, strategy, web, and creative services as outlined on this website or agreed upon in writing.

All services are delivered based on the information, assets, and collaboration provided by the client. Outcomes depend on execution, responsiveness, and external variables outside of my control.

2. Payment Terms (Upfront)
  • All services are paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Work will not begin until payment has been received.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Upfront payment allows me to prioritize your project, allocate time and resources appropriately, and deliver at the highest level.

3. Guarantee

If you do not believe the service provided delivered meaningful value, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made after a minimum of 60 days from the service start date.

  • You have actively participated in the process, including:

    • Providing required materials and approvals on time

    • Attending scheduled calls or reviews (if applicable)

    • Implementing or approving recommended actions where relevant

  • Feedback has been communicated clearly, giving an opportunity to course-correct.

If these conditions are met and you genuinely feel the service did not deliver value, a full refund will be issued.

This guarantee exists to remove risk from your decision — not to replace commitment or collaboration.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Delays or lack of results are caused by missing assets, unresponsiveness, or incomplete information

  • The service was completed but expectations were not aligned due to assumptions not communicated upfront

  • You decide not to move forward after work has already begun without cause related to service quality

5. Scope of Work

Each service has a defined scope outlined at the time of booking or in a written agreement.

Requests outside the original scope may require:

  • A revised timeline

  • Additional fees

  • A new agreement

This ensures quality remains high and expectations stay aligned.

6. No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer

While I stand behind the value of my work, I do not guarantee specific financial results, performance metrics, rankings, or outcomes.

Marketing and creative work involve variables beyond direct control, including platforms, algorithms, competition, and client execution.

7. Intellectual Property
  • All work remains my intellectual property until payment is made in full.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

  • I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure success, clients agree to:

  • Communicate clearly and honestly

  • Provide requested materials promptly

  • Respect timelines and agreed processes

The quality of outcomes is a shared responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to services rendered will not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
